Shamindra and his team have a proven track record of business start-up, innovation, and strategic partnerships. EXcubed exploits these skills to bring together businesses and individuals with specialist domain knowledge to EXPLORE, EXECUTE, and EXCEL by applying innovative technology to break through boundaries.
EXcubed employs a core-flex resource model, complementing the internal operations team with established, cutting-edge technology partners and specialist staff augmentation resources. The team can range from 15-50+ architects, engineers, and UX experts, depending on need.

Responsible for EXcubed’s business leaderships, Shamindra has a proven track record of innovation, entrepreneurial business leadership, and strategic partnerships built over three decades in fund management around the world.
Shamindra spent 20 years at Russell Investments in a range of roles in Australia, Singapore, the Middle East, and most recently as Managing Director/Head of Institutional Business in the UK.
Shamindra is also Executive Chair of WealthOS, a fintech company facilitating digital wealth management propositions via a cloud-native enterprise SaaS.

Rohan Perera
Responsible for EXcubed’s technology leadership, Rohan has over 20 years of experience in the software development industry.
In addition to general software design, architecture, and development, Rohan specialises on design and architecting software products for the cloud. Especially focusing on serverless technology.
Rohan has engaged with many clients from the US, UK, and Singapore and helped them to go to market with successful software products. Rohan has a proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring software development teams globally.

Sharmani Devika Perera
Responsible for EXcubed’s operations leadership. Devika has over 22 years of experience in a range of roles including management consulting, project management, development banking, and project funding in London, Singapore, Sydney, and Colombo.
Devika has worked on business restructuring projects and business-led technology implementations at Accenture, the Australian Trade Commission, and the Development Bank of Singapore; in project finance at the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka and most recently in fundraising strategy at the Child Poverty Action Group in the UK.
